Adding A New Font To Your Computer
This is the process I use for Windows XP. Other Windows operating systems will have a similar system.
Step 1: Select the downloaded font folder from your desktop, or where you saved it. Open it and select all the fonts. Copy them.
Step 2: From the start menu, go to ‘My computer’.
Step 3: Choose ‘Local disk: (C:)’.
Step 4: Choose the ‘Windows’ folder.
Step 5: Then choose the ‘Fonts’ folder. You should now be in: ‘C:WINDOWSFonts’
Step 6: Paste the copied fonts into this folder.
Step 7: Restart your computer and the fonts will be in available in your word processing package.
If you have any problems, then refer to your user manual of your computer/operating system.
