Can I Customise Your Free Printables?

I'm thinking about using one of your free printables - I think they're really good, but can you give me some ideas on how to customise them?
We're having a butterfly theme and so there are two invites that I like. The first is Butterfly Block Print and the second is Butterfly on Vellum. Please can you let me know if, and how, I can customise them?
Thanks Rita
Answer:
A butterfly theme is so pretty - good choice! You can pretty much customise all the invitations that are free printables - some more than others.
Of the two invitations you mention, I'll make suggestions for each in turn.
Butterfly Block Print This free printable is a card and you simply print it out. You then need to add an insert inside, or you can print the invitation details direct into the card (but you'll need to set this up).
Once printed, you can do anything you want with it. You could: - cut it in half, so you only have a one page invite, adding your invitation wording on the back of the invite - add embellishments such as jewels to the butterflies. These would look great on the antenna or the wings. These are usually self-adhesive - add glitter to the wings using clear glue (not PVA or school glue as this warps the paper) - add a ribbon around the card - add a butterfly embellishment to stick to the large butterfly - cut the wings of the butterfly and make them stand up, so they're raised off the card, a bit like a laser cut invite
Butterfly on Vellum I really like this invitation and it's fully customisable so you can change everything. The butterflies and text can be changed completely, so you have complete flexibility.
When customising this free printable, you could: - change the vellum to paper so that the text is consealed - use a pink vellum instead of a clear or pearlescent vellum - change how the vellum and paper are secured together. You could use a brad or the change the way you tie the ribbon - add jewels to liven up the butterflies - or just keep it simple!
I hope that helps!
