This invitation has a very delicate look created by the soft hues of the grey and the block colour illustration. It’s finished off with a sheer pearlescent vellum overlay, secured with an organza ribbon.  This elegant wedding invitation is easy to create too. You’ll also save time and money downloading and printing it out yourself. This particular style is designed to be a one page card with a vellum overlay secured with a colour co-ordinated ribbon. The templates come in two sizes: 8cm x 19.7cm or 3” x 8”. The inspiration for this elegant wedding invitation came when the blossom on the trees was coming out in spring. The pretty flowers and delicate branches create a really delicate illustration.

Before you start! I would strongly recommend doing a trial run to find what card and vellum you prefer. Once you’ve found a paper and card that you like, buy enough for all your invites. Get the paper and card cut to size by a copy shop – this will give you a professional finish and save you a lot of time.
