These vintage wedding invitations are perfect for your vintage wedding. The pretty lace edging created from a damask design really gives a traditional feel.

The font has been chosen to gently accent the old fashioned lace edging and with the organza bow in the centre, a luxurious, traditional and delightfully vintage feel is created.

What you'll need:

• White card cut to the size of your chosen template
• 45cm black organza ribbon (3mm wide)
• Colour printer

With this invitation you literally amend the wording and print it out on your inkjet printer at home. Simple! The template comes in two sizes, 3" x 8" and 8cm x 19.8cm. Just choose your size below.

I’d recommend printing out on ‘smooth’ white, ivory or cream card as this will give the best finish. You can either buy sheet card and get it cut to size or buy ‘tall’ card blanks and cut them in half.

The font used on these invitations is Georgia and should be on your computer already.

These wedding invitations have been created in Microsoft Word 97-2003, so you’ll need this to read and amend the invite.

With these vintage wedding invitations, there’s no need for a separate insert. The important details are printed on the invite. You may want to include additional information for your guests in the envelope with the invite.

Download and make your vintage wedding invitations now

1. To download your invitation, choose the size, then simply download and save it to your desktop
2. Amend the wording to match your wedding details
3. Cut your card to the size of your chosen template
4. Do a couple of trial runs on the 'draft' setting to make sure that it looks ok
5. Print out the invites at the 'high' setting and remove each one from the printer to allow to dry without smudging
6. Cut the ribbon to length and tie a bow around the centre of the invite
