Wedding Inserts For Hotel Information

I am looking for typical wedding inserts for hotel information or wording examples. I need to put the insert in with the wedding invitation for the special arrangements I have made with the local hotel such as the room rate, hotel name, address and phone number.

It is also very important that the reservation is made by a certain date to receive the special room rate. Also it needs to state that when they are making their reservation with the hotel that they need to mention the bride and groom's name so that the hotel receptionist gives the guest the discounted room rate.

Do you have any pre wording inserts that I can view and get a basic idea how to word the inserts and how the lay out on the insert needs to look.

Thanks for your enquiry. We don’t have any standard wording examples or etiquette for such an insert, so we have created two examples (above) which you could use for your inserts.

The first would suit a standard A6 card, which will fit nicely inside a 5x7 invite.

The second is size L (89mm by 127mm) which is smaller and is landscape. To download these inserts as word documents just sign up to our newsletter to get a password. Then just click on the links below and use the password to download the cards.

I have added a couple of our standard images to the inserts, but you can easily add your own image or logo to suit your wedding day or theme.

If you want to change them to suit your card stock, just select – Page layout– then select - Size– then select your card/paper size. You may also need to change the size of the text or the margin size to make it fit.
